First Steps is all about loving on new guests to Sandals Church. My passion is to show you why Sandals can be your home and why this community, this family will change your life. My goal is to help people move from first-time guests to fully involved family.

 I have a background in marketing and PR in the restaurant industry and am passionate for helping people feel loved. Sandals has been my home since we met in the basement of another church in 1998. It has been my pleasure to see it grow and thrive and see God work in so many lives.
 
Making the decision to come on staff was one of the hardest and best decisions God has ever provided for me.  God has taken me from a superficial life to truely living authentically and developing real relationships.

I am married, love to entertain, could live off of Chick-fil-A, extremely competitive and will take a Settlers of Catan challenge any day.
