Relational Leadership

Sandals is a groups-based church. This means we don’t have “ministries” or “programs” like a lot of other churches. At Sandals our ministries are simply a collection of groups focusing on a specific objective. Relational leadership groups are not groups studying how to be leaders. They are groups that are actually leading sections of groups or “ministries” of church. Here at Sandals we even try to do leadership based on authentic relationships.

You don’t so much join these groups, as you simply become a member of one if you are involved enough in leading and serving at Sandals. If you want more information about these, ask about the relational leadership group your most interested ministry area.
